After much planning, prodding, and some plodding along, the city of Dunkirk welcomed a new addition to its business community Thursday. Like a beaming father walking his daughter down the aisle, Mayor Richard Frey introduced the Dunkirk Boardwalk Market to the world during grand-opening ceremonies held before an appreciative crowd. “Three years ago I guess, we had a dream of this being a reality on the waterfront in the city of Dunkirk.
