Local area announces Halloween hours for today

Once again the streets will fill with monsters, ghouls and Disney characters of all kinds as October draws to a close. Before we all partake of turkey and stuffing next month, various city, town and village officials have outlined their hours and events for trick-or-treaters and their families tonight.
Angola
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
Ashville
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
Bemus Point
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
Brocton
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5:30-8:30 p.m.
There will be activities at the fire hall from 6-7:30 p.m. There will be a parade from the fire hall at 5 p.m.
Carroll
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
Cassadaga
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5-7 p.m.
Annual Halloween parade and party to Cattaraugus
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
Celoron
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
Dunkirk
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 4-7 p.m.
Mayor Rosas will host the second annual Howl-o-ween from 3-5 p.m. at city hall. Games, prizes, crafts and refreshments will be served as well as trick-or-treating throughout city hall offices.
Eden
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
Ellicottville
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
Ellington
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5-8 p.m.
A party and costume parade will follow at the fire hall starting at 7 p.m.
Evans
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
Falconer
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5:30-7 p.m. with a Halloween party at the fire hall from 6-8 p.m. The party is sponsored by Falconer Community for Our Youth.
Farnham
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
Forestville
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5-7 p.m.
The Forestville Fall Festival Committee in conjunction with Forestville Fire Department will host the annual Halloween parade starting at 5:30 p.m. There will be prizes for floats and costumes, refreshments at the fire hall will follow.
Fredonia
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 4-7 p.m.
A Spot and a Spell at 29 W. Main Street will hold a Harry Potter costume contest throughout the day. Stop in and win prizes.
Frewsburg
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
Gerry
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5-7 p.m.
The annual costume judging contest will follow at 7 p.m. at the Gerry Fire Hall.
Gowanda
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
Jamestown
The 34th annual Halloween Fun-Fest at the Allen Park Ice Rink is from 6-8 p.m. For parents and children who choose to trick or treat door-to-door in the city, the official hours have been set for 6-8 p.m.
Kennedy
Poland town trick-or-treating hours will be from 5-7 p.m. The town recreation committee will also sponsor a Halloween party at 6:30 p.m. in the Kennedy Fire Hall. Refreshments and games will be from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Costume judging will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Lakewood
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Mayville
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5-7 p.m.
Mina
Findley Lake will hold trick-or-treating hours from 5-7 p.m.
North Collins
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
North Harmony
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5-7 p.m.
Panama
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Randolph
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-7:30 p.m.
Ripley
Ripley will hold trick-or-treating hours from 6-8 p.m. Donuts and cider will be provided at the fire hall, with a parade at 5:30 p.m. at the Ripley Library. The PTA will host a Trunk-or-Treat from 6-7 p.m.
Seneca Nation of Indians
Seneca Nation Library Cattaraugus Branch will hold a Halloween Party starting at 5 p.m. Trick-or-treat will be from 5-7 p.m.
Sherman
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5-7 p.m.
Silver Creek
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5-8 p.m.
The Kiwanis Club Halloween Parade begins at 5:30 p.m. at the fire hall and ends at the Backline. Free cider and donuts to follow there will be a costume contest as well, all participants receive a prize.
Sinclairville
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5-7 p.m.
A Halloween party will follow at 7 p.m. at the Sinclairville fire hall.
South Dayton
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 5-8 p.m.
Westfield
Trick-or-treating hours are set for 6-8 p.m.
The Halloween Scary Parade will starts at 6 p.m. in front of Tops and heads to the fire hall. Donuts and cider will follow. This event is sponsored by the Westfield Rotary Club.
