Dunkirk-Fredonia in Cleveland

For the second year in a row, my family had the opportunity to be part of the Winterhurst, Ohio, hockey tournament.

During the event, we stayed at the same hotel we stayed in last year. We arrive on Friday afternoon and leave Sunday evening. It truly is like never leaving home, but with different surroundings and arenas.

At the hotel, those who make the trip know it is a great experience. It is one big Dunkirk-Fredonia gathering. Of course, the hockey is great as well. All the Steeler teams had a great showing. Two even won tournament championships.

Yes. We live in a great community. One that loves hockey -- and loves its weekend getaway in the winter to Cleveland.
