| | ‘Idol’ thoughtJanuary 17, 2010 - John D'AgostinoOne of my least favorite television shows, "American Idol," is back on the air for another season. At least two people in my household are happy. But the performance by Larry Platt deserves high marks. Platt sang "Pants on the ground." At 62, he can't win the competition. The rules state contestants have to be 28 or less.
