'Viewpoint' television

On Feb. 27, I was a guest on "Viewpoint" on WDOE-AM for a discussion with radio news director Dave Rowley on local issues.

Those issues, as usual, come down to high government spending, a lack of assistance from New York state as well as a controversial pay-raise ask — of 5 percent — by the CSEA in negotiations while the county faces a $14 million deficit and is in the process of possibly selling the County Home.
