Alcohol-related arrests made over holiday weekend
HANOVER — Multiple arrests for underage possession of alcohol or violations of the open container law were made over the weekend by deputies patrolling the Sunset Bay area. Those arrested included: n Kyle M. Ortiz, 20, of Buffalo was charged Sunday with the local law violation after he was seen holding a bottle of beer in the Beach Club parking lot. n David Lutz, 18, of Orchard Park was charged Friday with underage possession while Tyler Morgan, 21, of Orchard Park was charged with violating the open container local law. They were seen with cups of beer in a parking lot off of Iola Drive. n Michael J. Chmielewski, 18, of Cheektowaga and Matthew E. Harbison, 18, of West Seneca were charged Saturday with underage possession of alcohol. Both were seen on Iola Drive with cups they admitted contained alcohol. n Brittany A. Wilk, 19, and Jacqueline M. Wilk, 18, both of Cheektowaga were charged Sunday with underage possession of alcohol. They were seen in a parking lot off of Iola Drive
