As long as your units are understaffed and overworked (1 nurse for over 40 residents) and you keep nurses on per diem for years so you dont have to offer them benefits... you are going to have huge turnover. I don't care how much you pay, (about a dollar more an hour than most) its not worth dealing with all the **** that goes on there.
