Rural ministries I thought was a not for profit organization. Now one can use state funds to build up a not for profit but be prepared to suffer the consequences when this is reported to the state attorney general. This is what happened during the last administration. guess our politiciand think they are untouchable. We shall see.

that's a interesting question JM,but I doubt that a straight answer will come from city hall if that question is asked,pat answer to all questions will be enforced,that being"we will look into it and get back to you"and of course that does not happen,weeks from now this issue will be buried as with all others

Nothing against Rural Ministries, but why the investment in a tax exempt agency. How does this help the tax paying businesses of Dunkirk.
