This is ridiculous...of course per their new contract their salaries are going to go up...I'm sick of the mayor and council saying the city is broke the city is broke to justify raising taxes and fees and then they give the people of police squad a raise...I will also guarantee that no one from the Observer will dare voice opposition to the new contract or hold anyone accountable on the council that supports the new contract...I gurantee the Union made no concessions and the tax payers get screwed.
