Clearly, it doesn't violate the Constitution -- you need to do some homework, although when presented with the facts, I'm sure you'll ignorantly believe what you want to, anyway.

Besides, the GOP pulls this rush-job stuff, all over the country, all the time when they're in power

What the OBSERVER board purposely fails to mention is that these regulations were approved with bipartisan support -- so, its a bit ridiculous to argue the NY GOP is trying to make Cuomo look good...which is what the OBSERVER board is saying.

Those guys are seriously stupid.

This is EXACTLY why is was rushed through. To make Andrew Cuomo look good. Wonder what he has planned for 2016. It's amazing NYS cannot get tax refunds out on time to people or put out an on time budget but they can rush through legislation in 24 hours that violates the 2nd Amendment. Guess it's all about priorities.
