Communities step closer to regional water district

Another step in getting a regional water district up and running will be taken in March, if the communities involved agree to support a grant application for $400,000....

The big problem is Dunkirk in charge. Given how they run their City why would anyone want them to be in charge of a project as big as this.

the Councilperson at large never ceases to amaze at how ignorant she is. The problem with this area as a whole is the attitude of we shouldn't have to pay anything. God forbid we work together to improve the area please let it fall apart over $6000 - that way after the city neglects its water system for another 20 years we all can pay to bond another $20 million on our own to do the bare minimium required.

don't worry right or wrong the city will pony up the bucks,they don't know how not to,$40,000 here,$40,000 there,here a $40,000,there a $40.000 every where a $40,000.........
