Wow he looks so clean cut & innocent. But I have to say he does look a bit scared & surprised as if to say>>"WOW THIS HAPPENED TO ME?" How long did he think he was gonna get away with that? Using the postal system is very risky & if he didn't know that at his age he must of been smoking too much weed himself & lost a few brain cells along the way..Don't weed smell? Wonder how they hid the stink for as long as they did? (him & person sending it to him)..They probably tried to conceal it in something. I would imagine someone at the post office got suspicious for some reason or another or someone ratted him out to the police & the police investigated & got their man. However the situation unfolded it is good to know that just when ppl think they can outsmart the law>>THE LAW COMES & BITES THEM IN THE A-S !!!

"This is America's Future? We are in deep trouble"

That's a great quote! Lets do one broad generalization on all millenials- yet another reason noooobody wants to come back to this area.

Independent, enjoy your cynical and outdated views, hotbeds for millenials are popping up everywhere BUT DK/Fredonia- and they are in NYS too! So don't tell me it's the taxes keeping people away.

Did the new-business incubator move to the Brigham Road Apartments?

Really, this is the crime that they are fighting in that area? Some weed? There are already two states that have come to the realization they can save money not going after it AND raise revenue by taxing it. Another example of banning something...it ALWAYS works right? LOL

I really love the "joint" investigation pun though. Very nice.

Mike, the story reeks of “where there’s smoke, there’s toke.” His girlfriend's name is probably "Mary Jane." And he must have had either "Bogart" on the screen when the police arrived or was listening to the Doobie Brothers...

@ Independent: Get a job? In DK or Fredonia? That's funny!

FACTS:

$1,000,000,000,000 spent since Nixon on the "War on Drugs"...

The good ol' USA has 2.3m in prison with over half on drug charges.

$320b generated annually/globally in drug trade.

CATO STUDY: Legalization and taxation would generate $46.7b in revenue annually and save $41b in enforcement with $35b in prison savings. (bye, bye sequester).
