Once again spilled milk over something that the village has allowed to happen. It's done and over, if ConAgra isn't going to do anything about their properties in the village then the village should sue them and sue them more. It's not like they are EVER going to use the building once they leave or even turn it back over to the village. It should have never EVER been allowed to grow out of control in the first place to be such an eyesore in the village even if it still was operating here. The village looks like a *******'s smile, nothing but gaps and rot.

Conagra is no different than any other company. They are out to make a profit and they realize that PROFIT is a dirty word in New York State. Kentucky will be a much better place to do business. Will our leaders ever wake up?

conagra is taking the carriage house to Kentucky too....in order to avoid the union. Prolly the same thing here. Its about the bottom line of a terrible corporation. Western NY cannot afford to sell out to anybody let alone ConAgra! Keep jobs here!

How can a paper really decide after not having the facts, to just report on rumors? I understand the frustrations of the unknown, but I don't see how knowing is going to make a difference when it comes to the issues at hand. Further, was it even confirmed that Petri owns the Moose building? I don't remember this purchase or any demo started on that building. Also, I'm not sure how the building falling into the creek is posing a problem when you take into consideration the location of the building and its proximity to the creek. It seems as though, since facts can't be had, the paper/town is just reaching for issues now. Is this a page in the 'news' section or a gossip column?

How about if ConAgra is rotten and takes Petris to take it to another state make THEM pay to tear down their building
