Here is an idea for another health article. As a tech guy i never really analyzed blood. But from reading i garner the following. The solids of blood is 45%, the rest water. The solids would be mostly red blood cells. here comes the part that is interesting. The level of fat, cholesterol is about .25% of the solids.About the level of booze in a drunk person. Sugar would be another .1 %, if i got the numbers correct. Now it would be interesting to get this verified in another story from a medical professional interview. HDL the good cholesterol, is more like a soap , likes water more and if raised artificially does not reduce heart disease. That would make perfect sense to a tech guy. The blood can only carry so much fat or lipids as the med people say.Now a tech guy when faced with this problem would use soft water, another soap in the blood or possibly raise the temp of the blood. I never heard a good rational for not doing these things from the med people.
