Another major blunder by this candidate....... During the summer and the early fall he was quoted as saying that since no other school in the county had a school resource officer except BOCES that SC dind't need one either. Yet, I'm just reading that a few miles down the road, Fredonia Central has a part time school resource officer funded by the Village of Fredonia, the Town of Pomfret and the school. Since both the village and the town refused to support the program, it puts him in a bad light. There are drugs in the village as evidenced by drug paraphenalia carelessly tossed on private property where young children can pick them up. Oops, I forgot about all the registered sex offenders who manage to move into the community in neighborhoods where there are children.

I find it ironic that while you want to eliminate the village police dept when we have drugs and a group of thugs robbing our citizens yet list auxillary police officer as a qualification for office. You can't have it both ways- you want the PD gone resign from the auxillary police. Further, you promised to bring new businesses to the village. The only thing you have managed is to sit back and watch 7 businesses leave the area or close completely. Don't promise what you can't be bothered to work for.
