I got a good laugh after I was informed that it should have read "close to" Gowanda resident. Seems like the letter writer doesn't live in the village after all, he can't stand the HIGH property taxes. I wonder whats in it for him to be McKeever's drum beater?

Heather is doing a good job of spending . Plus she is having sharing moments, developing a master plan, like the USSR did. We all know how successful that was. I bet she even has a romantic feeling, something like , we gotta do something. All in all, a good rep of females in govt. The spending of grants would be akin to Imelda marcos shoe collection.
