This is the same clueless OBSERVER gaggle of church ladies that complains about the thousands on welfare -- "why don't they go find some work?" -- when their own classified ads have only 82 job want ads...

They are in zero position to squawk about any policy when they can't even analyze any numbers.

Why didn't the Observer have one of their crack investigative journalists call the chief and find out. Or is it easier just to create a snarky "...we doubt that."

This is just another attempt by Roche to justify him sitting around all day doing nothing.Does anybody really believe that many calls can be generated by 2600 people in a village one mile square.Time to wake up and realize the chief is dreaming about these numbers.
