Glad he voted this way, however, you know what they can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. Welfare to work people are useless. They have no desire to work or learn anything. All they want to do is collect welfare.

Only 10% of them do any work in Chautauqua county. Even after the county hired more staff to monitor them. It's a big joke. They don't want to learn or wok and we do so little to enforce the requirement we just "encourage them!" Yea right! The more people Obama gets on the Gov roles the more votes the Dems get!

Imagine that Obama eliminated the work requirement for welfare. Why would he expect them to work.... they might not vote for him if he wanted that.
