I am so grateful to the police for getting some of these lowlifes out of the neighborhood. It is time Dunkirk citizens took a stand against these types and got them out of here. Time we reclaim what was in the fifties a beautiful place to live. Good work..keep it up is all I can say.

You can bet this is yet another illegal alien in this country, you know, the ones Obama wants to give amnesty to - am so glad some of these guys are being caught - how I wish they would really have some kind of consequences for being here, tho. Very sad situation.

well hate to burst your bubble with all the **** talking, but this is my father in law and my daughters grandfather. He is very much legal and is Puerto Rican. This case is a case of stolen identity and racist cops. What this article says all is a lie. He was picked up in his home and brought in with lies. The police never took his fingerprints when he was arrested. When they did take them of course they did not match. Or the picture that they have of the REAL person who did this also did not match. My father in law is now released and is at home with his family where he belongs.

To Krystle - prove it. Something like an error of this magnitude would be printed somewhere - wouldn't it?

Theres nothing to prove i was with him when he found out some one was using is social security in many states. His wallet was lost years ago in puerto rico and his social security was stolen from it. And im pretty sure it will be printed soon along with a lawsuit thats coming for these false statements. Go to the police station and ask about the case if your think im lying. This case was dropped against him. And are looking for person who stole his identity because he split once he found out he had a warrent. Ive been in this mans life for years i kno whats true and whats false. Thank u
