"AAA found that half of all drivers have admitted to driving 15 percent over posted speed limits in neighborhoods and on the highway."

This boils down to the less dramatic instead of 30mph they admit to have driven at 34.5mph, even at highway speeds it means less then 10mph over the limit.

Ironically the people I've seen driving the fastest in neighborhoods are the police themselves, and not just when they are all calls. Lost track of how many times I've seen police car fly down the road onto see it in the Tim Horton's drive thru when I pass buy a couple minutes later.

Sheriff Joe on the front page twice this week. He's about to shill for something.I will go out on a limb and say that auto safety features are the major reason for the decline in traffic fatalities since 1980.
