We deserve nothing if we do nothing

April 6, 2013

I have some information that came to me in the March issue of “Lowdown.” I want you to think very carefully about what I’m going to share with you, and then let conscience be your guide....

Great letter Margaret! As long as we educate one new person it is not wasted breath. Drop the apathy people, and send this article to friends and family and yes Schumer. If there's a camera involved at some point he will be involved too! Don't just say wasted breath or too little too late. Pass it on.

Schumer may be a "doer", but he is a doer with his own agenda. If it won't benefit himself or his liberal cronies in Washington, he wont go near it. It is true, however, that the man has never met a camera he didn't like.

Say what one wants to about Schumer, but he has got to be one of the hardest working senators for NY there has been in a while. Yes, from his records he drives for downstate and upstaters as well. you may not care for his politics, but he works twice as hard as the next senator on behalf of his state. If he delivers for all NYers on a consistent basis, who cares if he mugs the camera?

Having lived in a number of other states, and having seen what those senators don't/can't do on behalf of their citizens, you've no idea what a workhorse we have in Schumer.

Maggie, you remind me of the libs in the spoof movie team america ! they were always ranting about the corporations corporationing. You know all the alleged evils they do. Of course, the govt does not do any evils. The govt was and should be limited in scope. This is lost to the modern liberal and especially women. The govt is their man. So Maggie, if history is any indication, the activists gals like yourself will mess it up as usual. You activits are vertainly learning disabled .

Money talks. And speaking truth to power is difficult at best and many times it's impossible to obtain fairness. But, we have to keep trying.

While Schumermay well be a "workhorse" it is for all the wrong things. He like his leaders Cuomo and Barrack want to try and remove some rights of the people. And I also don't care who hogs camera time if they truly do it for ALL the people not just more party line BS as he does.

Maggie take two asprin , sit down and put a cold towel to your head. If a party does not like the arbitors opinion they do not have to accept...except in a binding arbiration clause contract....the ruling.

lets see about corporations. They give me electricity at 60 bucks a month . I can draw 20KW if i want no problem. They fix problems in the dead of night or bad weather. The phone company gives me internet access. Ditto. the energy companies are special, they make the world go and give us wonderful chemical products. So Maggie, what exactly is wrong with this ? You sound like Ida Tarbell, who apparently did not like Std Oil. greed is great Maggie. It can make the world go round. John D rockefeller said he felt God wanted him to make money. along comes a liberated woman, tarbell who disagreed with this. You activist women always get it wrong.
