"Even though there were two trucks there, one of the workers said this is just routine maintenance work."

Maybe this struck me the wrong way, but the Observer has no business asking a private company why it sent 2 trucks to a job site.

Should managers of local factories start worrying that this paper may report how much they spend on lunch or how long they take?
