You can search/find the letter agreement on the erie[dot]gov site. It will probably be used as a guide for future CSEA negotiations with Chau Cty:

1. For 2013 - 2017: 2-2.5% annual raises. 2. 100% paid health insurance (under the Value Plan), and a payment to workers of $150-$300/mo if already covered by a non-county-employee spouse's policy. 3. 100% paid health insurance to age 65 if retiring (at any age) after 15 years of employment. 4. Additional insurance coverage paid after age 65.

You know...just like we have in the private sector, right?

erie county residents can feel safe now. when county govt works, they can work. Those wonderful govt employees.
