Over two hundred years ago, Bostonians and Massachusettans were neither scared nor intimidated by the world's largest super power, Great Britain.

So, they certainly aren't going to let some pissant coward(s) cower them into terrified submission.

The eight year old boy who was killed in Boston is the grandchild of Bob O'brien, a friend and fellow golfer. Bob's daughter (mother of the deceased) and his granddaughter are both recovering from serious injuries.

Many of us have ties to Boston with friends and family living in that area. ALL of us are Americans thus are grieving for the senseless loss of our fellow citizens.

It reminds me of the words of Jon Stewart just after 9/11 "The reason I don't worry about society is, 19 people knocked down two buildings and killed thousands. Hundreds of people ran into these buildings to save them. I'll take those Fing odds every day"

Me too. Once again we saw the courage and compassion demonstrated as people jumped the fence without any thought to their own safety, to help a stranger who was in need. This I hope we all can focus on. The unity of our Country in times of crisis. That is what we do..we come together as ONE..UNITED Country. Together nothing can hold us down.
