Boston: On the trail of terror

April 26, 2013

The most vicious of terrorist leaders are those who eschew violent acts themselves — there could be danger involved — but brainwash others into carrying out attacks....

Judeye, Palin's son already did get a clearance.

What makes healthcare a right? Even if it is a right, what makes one believe someone else should pay for it? If that's the case, someone else should pay for my guns, reading material, church, computer, and any other right I have.

Also, when has African ever been a race? That's what his birth certificate lists his fathers race as. It should have been listed as "*****". African can mean anyone from the continent of Africa. Listing African would be like listing "American" as the fathers race.

Do you think Sarah Palin would get military security clearance after her husband was in a group that openly went against the USA?

What Ayers did was years before Obama was even an adult. It was only years later that they met when both sat on a board for education. Really, how many of you have investigated each member of a board that you sit on to ensure that at some time in their distant past they did not commit a crime?

As for his birth certificate..he did show one. The official one from his state. As for no one in college remembering him...turn off those talking heads who make stuff up just for ratings and money. try the guardian, snopes, factcheck, or this from assoc press..Politico "Together, the recollections of Siddiqi and other friends and acquaintances from Obama's college .. They remember a good student with a sharp mind and unshakable integrity, a young a young man who already had a passion for the underprivileged. "

American..I agree this health care law is not that good. We need single payer or at least a public option.

Health care costs are soaring. Look at our own county..this is where the highest cost to all of us lays.

How would a single payer system help?

Where do you get your health insurance? How much does it cost? What about all those who cannot afford to purchase health insurance on their own due to the high cost?

My taxes go to pay health insurance for many public employees and retirees. Yet, I am unable to buy into that same insurance? Why?

Health care insurance to me is a right not a privilege. Just curious, did you watch any of the free medical clinics like the one Dr Oz did in Texas? You think that kind of medical care is appropriate in our country?

Bring on socialized health care for all if that means that we all will be covered and NO one will die or suffer due to a lack of money to pay for care.

No women ever got raped at a TEA Party rally. No property was ever destroyed at a TEA Party Rally. No elderly men and women were ever pushed to the ground at a TEA Party rally. Young children being walked to school were never intimidated by TEA Party members at a rally. All of these things happened at Occupy rallies and encampments.

Judeye, my mistake, the transcript was from 1998. Very easy to find on the internet.

Do you realize that Obama's admitted drug useage and his known association with Bill Ayers would disqualify him for the type of security clearance many of our military personal have? He would not be allowed to work nuclear armed aircraft, missiles, or submarines. But, this same guy now has the Nuclear Football. It doesn't matter if Ayers did his bombing when Obama was a child, he consorted with him as an adult.

Judeye-Oct 18th 2011 interview on ABC. Look it up and then come back and tell me he didn't openly support those vandals, yes vandals that smashed windows and destroyed private property. I'm not sure what an "outside group" really is but are you meaning corporations or the Castro family and Chavez who endorsed Obama? What about Fannie and Freddy overseen by Chris Dodd and Barney Frank, they have anything to do with the recession, what about the CRA and forcing banks to make bad loans, that have anything to do with the recession?

"what policies towards socialism" Start with his atrocity of a healthcare bill. Working towards pure socialism with that one. Except in his case he couldn't get what he wanted so opted for one that punishes the middle class and working poor with a new tax.

1. what policies towards socialism? 2. failed green energy? we better hope and pray that we get it together on this before it is too late. have you NO idea what is going around in our environment? 3. connections with bill ayers..ya mean when bill was a member of the weathermen..when obama was all of three years old? or do you mean the bill ayers who became a leading educational leader..and they sat on a board together. By the way...I sit on several local boards and I must tell you NO one has ever researched my past affiliations nor have I done so with any of the other board members. Palin started this bull as she had nothing else to offer.

Really all of this is talking head stuff from right wing folks who are out to make a buck even if it means lying and making stuff up and distorting things and promoting fear and hate...all...for a buck.

No real policies that Obama himself supported or helped to pass I see.

All except Obamacares...which is saving lives.

joew.."One of his policy's that I dislike was his open support of the radical occupy wall street vandals while vilifying the peaceful tea party movement. Class warfare is another, and don't say he doesn't do it."

First, his open support? In what way did he support Occupy? Do you know what Occupy stood for? Do you know why they occupied? Really you think calling out those who stole from us all, almost made our entire economy collapse due to their greed, should not be called out? Do you think that the money gushing into our elections from outside groups is good for our democracy? Do you think our policies should be based on how much money a group has to use to lobby should set policy in our country rather than the voice of the people?

That is what Occupy stood for.

Not sure what TEA stands for as our tax rates are about as low as they ever have been.

stangv8...CNN 2008 by / Clinton????

What is that????

You mean a past president ordered troops into Iraq?

Seriously...dates are wrong here for sure..as Bush was president in 2008 until Nov, then we had Obama president elect, not to take office until Jan.

He called it almost criminal, spending the kind of money that Bush was...yet he is spending more. And he has turned the printing press on at the mint!! Like he can just print as much as he needs to pay the bills. If American dollars lose the status it has in the international markets we are screwed. Yet he is doing nothing to stop that. But he will give 2.2 billion dollars to the richest man in the world so his voting base can have cell phones paid by the US taxpayers. These are just a few of the things that have me wanting him out of office Judeye, his skin color? I could give a rats*****what color he is..the man hates the American way of life and is destroying it. You are to enamored with your 401K going up to know its a*****house of cards and sooner or later it will come down with a very large crash. Wonder how good you'll feel then? When your 401 account balance hovers at around "not worth the paper the statement is printed on"

Judeye said "Really, which other president do you know whose BIRTH place and nationality have been questioned? Which other president's credentials, including his college degrees have been questioned?" Well Judeye, lets take this one at a time. Every other candidate for president produced his birth certificate without any delays. Your man wouldn't. Anyone claiming college diplomas should have at least one friend at that college to take about their time spent there. Your man has...none. No one remembers him from college? How is that even possible? Given his propensity to smoke marijuana like a factory? And what other president in history has shot his mouth off about a local law enforcment problem? None. The man is devisive...period. And what of his promises to have a transparent administration? Or to have the deficit (that he knew exactly what he was gtting into when he ran) under a little better control? continued..

Yes it is all about the lefts unfounded hatred of Bush. I still think they are bigoted towards Texans. It's the only possible answer for such intense dislike and hatred. Has to be that or maybe his French Huguenots ancestry or his links to being American Indian. Maybe it is racism after all with a bloodline tied to Pocahontas.

American, it doesn’t matter how many references we give to the fear of Iraq having WMD’S and using them throughout the Clinton years; there are those who only believe this started when Bush took office. It doesn’t matter for a decade we flew missions over Northern and Southern Iraq looking for these facilities and attacking suspected manufacturing sites. It doesn’t matter that for a decade, all major intelligences agencies throughout the world believe Iraq was developing nuclear capabilities. It doesn’t matter that Iraq used chemical weapons against the Iranians and Kurds. All that matters is that Bush deliberately lied even though the preceding decade of intelligence and military actions on our part said they had them.

Excerpt from Feb 17,1998 speech to the pentagon "In 1995, Hussein Kamal, Saddam's son-in-law, and the chief organizer of Iraq's weapons of mass destruction program, defected to Jordan. He revealed that Iraq was continuing to conceal weapons and missiles and the capacity to build many more. Then and only then did Iraq admit to developing numbers of weapons in significant quantities and weapon stocks. Previously, it had vehemently denied the very thing it just simply admitted once Saddam Hussein's son-in-law defected to Jordan and told the truth. Now listen to this, what did it admit? It admitted, among other things, an offensive biological warfare capability notably 5,000 gallons of botulinum, which causes botulism; 2,000 gallons of anthrax; 25 biological-filled Scud warheads; and 157 aerial bombs." ht tp://ww w.cnn.co m/ALLPOLITICS/1998/02/17/transcripts/clinton.iraq/index.html?_s=PM:ALLPOLITICS

I suppose we could start with his policies towards more socialism, his failed green energy policies, obamacare, his government takeover of GM, his past connections with terrorists like Bill Ayers, his lies about not listening to what his former pastor said from the pulpit about his hate for America. Then we could move on to his queens comment that for the first time she was proud of America, or her bully methods about school nutrition. Is that enough for a small beginning or should we start about his gun control thoughts or his 6 year campaign so far.
