Remember when Saturn wanted to perhaps build in the Town of Sheridan? Would be nice to have that plant here right now as well!

I have to wonder how Dc, Judeye, Marcia and all the others who feel that NY is business friendly managed to miss this story?

Yep, high tax rates, losing population and seats in US House, lot's of red tape and almost nothing in way of new job growth. Sad state of affairs for those left in area.

"Town Supervisor Dan Schrantz said Rominger has to go by what the state tells her." Why not go before the Buffalo review board and plead your case. Let them cut through all the BS and get this project moving forward. But, I really think Darkstar nailed it.

agree with DarkStar. And what if he builds "residential" cabins - and then is denied the commercial permits after the fact?

This is a perfect example of why businesses don't want to open plants here.

Let's get real here people, it shouldn't take over a year to get the okay to build four cabins in the woods.

Pathetic.

I wouldn't hold my breath for him to wait until all the Permits are in order with the State, before he rents out the cabins. That is if they are ever built..
