I would say its funny but it totally lacks humor. Anyone who knows anything about water systems knows if you dead end a pipe it is a site for bacterial growth. The health department nor Rural Development will not approve this. Best keep to the streets, not to mention Greg is degreed and has enormous experience in these matters. Geez!!!!!

Would be having all the problems with Mill Street if the system was properly flushed. As usual with the Street Superintendent only does the bear minimum.
