Here is the source I quoted earlier: It was an Op./Ed. piece from Forbes Magazine dated July 12,2012 The title of the editorial was: Seeking to Preserve Obamacare, Chief Justice Roberts Eviscerated It. In my opinion it hit the nail on the head. He created a mess on both sides.

Oh Bob1957 you are so superior to the rest of us. It is indeed childish and rude to express an opinion that differs from yours. We will all understand if you never read our blogs or comment again. So sorry to have offended you.

AHH once again the intelligencia speaks from Jamestown. The Chief Justice of The Supreme Court of The United States of America is speaking about a great jurist this week. Below and probably above this comment is the grand intelligencia response. Poor, rude and childish. Agree or disagree with our Chief Justice I would and will enjoy hearing him speak on the topic of a great jurist. Sometimes reading the blogs here are like reading child like comments from under 10 year olds and this is one of those times.

Wouldn't walk across the street to see him for free. Hope the turnout is low and gives him a message. Unfortunately I'm sure they will get enough phony's and politicians to attend.

"Roberts appears to have dived so far into the legal weeds that he completely lost sight of the purpose of the law. This shows the tremendous folly of a justice who is not schooled in health policy rewriting the law to save it. ........... it would have been far better for him to declare the law unconstitutional, as four of his brethren insisted, so Congress could get started with the sensible reform we need."

"Perhaps even worse, Roberts has created an entirely new taxing power for the federal government." Who would go to see this man?
