Editor, OBSERVER: It is obvious that the seawall along the First Ward shoreline is in desperate need of repair. I’m sure we all agree on that....

wait, I just read something about the lake receding so there is no need for a seawall. so stop spending money on study's.

ah people, the $200 thousand is for a repair survey noting more, don't worry though the spend-a- thon, better know as the city council will, bond the work, and hand cuff future generations of taxpayers, as they take care of the god-old boys in the present

Ask the "Grant Faries" for the money. There must be one somewhere for that purpose.

I have to say that I agree with the writer on this one. The "bandage" approach will likely lead to many "bandages" in the future which will most likely cost more in the long run. Do it right so that the wall lasts for 50 years like the first one did.
