The only power source cleaner be the Falls.Who knows what Heather Briccettti is talking about. Wind and solar are not 24/7. It would seem that the Business council has been infected with dumbacratitis or the irrational fear of the end of the world due to CO2 emissions. Or business is so bad in NY that the plant is not realy needed at all.In any event i would put the possible closure of the Dunkirk power plant as a huge democratic achievment.
