Seneca leaders, state reach deal on gambling dispute

The Senecas get to keep $209 million of the disputed $630 million, presumably as damages for the illegal Racino games that were the basis for the dispute. The cities are made whole, so apparently it's the state that ends up on the short end. Unclear is the matter of the seven year compact renewal option in 2016. I would have to assume that the disputed Racino games that started this mess will be discontinued , but that's unclear at the moment.
