Tim Cobb should not make a comment, it is not his fire district!

Better question is why is the Fire Dept hauling away a vehicle for someone? Do they haul away all bikes or vehicles in accidents for everyone or just certain people?

Fire Dept. should never haul away a vehicle, thats the Cops job! A lot of liability there!!!! Who disagreed with my earlier comment, Tim Cobb was outside his fire dept's jurisdiction, he has no authority to speak to the press on an accident in someone else's jurisdiction, it can create a huge liability problem, especially if a case goes to court!

Oh I'm sure they were "taking care of one of their own" illegally of course. LOL.......AHhhhhhhh Nepotism! Hey.....wonder if the insurance company would care to know that. Did more damage happen during hauling?

Once again, as is MOST common, the Motorcycle driver was at fault! For all the signs about, springing up like weeds to watch for Motorcycles, the large majority of accidents in this area involving motorcycles, the motorcycle driver was at fault. Look it up. Generally, drinking or excessive speed or both is the cause.

I see one disagree, but all you have to do is read about any and ALL local (western NY) Motorcycle accidents, heck, start from LAST year, and you'll see the LARGE majority of them, especially the fatal ones, DID NOT involve cars, and if they did, the Bike hit the car. I see way too much drinking at all Motorcycle events, which is why I never participate on any of them. Take a look at the itinerary for most "Dice Runs" and the like; bar stop after bar stop after bar stop. I'm sure they're all drinking Pepsi! Oh, and MR. Bear, see you at the Reunion!
