How are they going to ensure that GOP'ers, fundamentally opposed to FEMA simply because they can't guarantee that relief money won't be spent on the poor or on minorities, don't wind up getting any of these funds? They can't be trusted to refuse the money, they prove that every day when they cash their Social Security checks, so how are we to be sure they aren't being more hypocritical and accepting FEMA money too?
