Given the history of the way Dunkirk takes care of its assets, it is best for the village to stay away from this.

hadenough, I disagree completely. Both water systems appear to have many needs, and it should be in the best interest to the consumers in both water systems (and administrations running the municipalities) to move forward. In reading up on all the articles, Dunkirk has really stepped it up to maintain their water system infrastructure. Fredonia has over the years too, but both systems need major work completed (along with infrastructure throughout the entire country).

We need infrastructure improvement and total rebuilds throughout the country. Hmm... who voted that bill down?
