‘Doing nothing does nothing’

August 10, 2013

I love to read things that teach me how to live a better life. That’s why I enjoy Dr. Robert L. Heichberger’s columns and Daniel O’Rourke’s columns....

Thanks, Margaret, for your usual uplifting article, which I always enjoy. It is a pleasure to read your comments, and I am sure you have had a positive influence on many in our community, including your student neighbor's.

Maggie, you are in error about students involved in projects that make our society what it is. Actually, white male inventors, some long since passed did that. Guys like Tesla, Haber, Schockley, bryce Einstein, Bohr etc. They made society what it is.Everyone today lives of the largess of their efforts. the dumbacrats say those guys did not build that. What else could a dumbacrat say ? Spirit at my back. My steinertrons increase fuel mileage by 25% . yep, my car goes farther on a gallon of gas , pushing my back down the street.Change the world ? the activists can only ruin it. Witness the hysteria over global warming, income inequaliy, etc. Everytime the activists get involved , people get hurt. Prohibition and sterilizations prove it. Leave the change to the male science inventors and all will be ok.Activists only wreck it.
