How about this. Police could increase radar control on the affected area. Yes they could and that would not cost a dime. Second. The state could initiate at drivers license renewal time an eye check and a reaction time check. Traffic lights are not the solution to bad driving. People are.

Shari, you need that TV icon from the 70's advice here, stifle yourself, Shari, stifle yourself. it is you who needs some calming via sedatives. All our activists have these urges, like when one is sick. Calm traffic ? Institute a 5mph speed limit and watch accidents vanish.
