The county will provide electric, gas and water, Translation.....the taxpayers of Chaut Cty will pay all utilities for the privately owned restaurant. Now all who think this is right raise your hand.

I applaud local initiative and SMB owners, but if the County is supplying electric, gas AND water, does $200/month even begin to cover that?
