marcia wants to get rid of free speech. citizens united is bad. You can have any opinion you want as long as it is democratic.unions having a say is ok.marcia, you , in classic liberal fashion miss the boom in fracking we see. afraid of the end of the world marcia ? end of water ? simple things elude the libs like marcia. thats why the libs targeted tea party groups. the libs hate citizens united, foam at the mouth like in syria. marcia, how is it you want to make us stupid like liberals ?

You are totally correct. The farm bill was set up to help the large corporate farms, and do little to help family farms. As lobbyists continue to control our government, and more and more former congressional employees work for lobbyists, this will continue. We need to take the money out of campaigns, and get rid of Citizens United. That would help a little.

Nate, you can take heart in the fact that the govt has a loan forgivenss program for its own. See pg one of observer todays article featuring Schumer decribing it. it is the govt or nothing now nate, al thanks to the libs.

Hey nate, it is odd then that we do not see any demonstrations by liberals for a living wage for the farmers.we see demonstrations for higher wages at fast food places, retailers, but not farmers. funny too that in NY a farmer cannot frack on his own land. even Obama has seen the boom from fracking in the rest of US. But in NY , our local liberals, twitching from end of the world scenarios stop all attempts at fracking. I would guess that fuel and fertilizer are your biggest costs. I see nothing from our govt to get these prices lower. Thats how stupid our govt has become.
