If Ralcorp can afford to pay their CFO and CEO several million in bonus's why should we give them a break?

Maybe someday we will learn that businesses are very sensitive to excessive taxes. It may explain why so many of our employers have left the area.

I guess if I where a business I would have gotten a reduction. When I fought my assessment I was denied. There are at least a dozen homes within 2 blocks of mine that are assessed lower and have made more upgrades and additions than mine. Oh yeah, my husband gets the exemption for being a Vietnam vet so what did they do they raise our assessment by 6,000 so they could give us the 6,000 credit that he was entitled to. What a bunch of crap. They should have paid full value of what it was assessed at like everyone else does.
