HAND, what do you expect? When half of the crews' training / knowledge is little to nonexistent on the tasks that they're trying to complete, no wonder some projects linger on years past their initial completion date. I feel bad for the people living on Holmes place. Too bad the mayor and council is too indifferent to care about the situation.

Fredonia is getting quite the reputation. "Come to Fredonia!! Pay double the property tax and get half the service" ...........sounds like a deal to me

Five years seems like a long time. With the engineer going out only last week and no paving contractor selected. I would think bids might have to go out to select a paver. That process alone might take months. In the meantime residents might well do well to obtain sleds.
