Mr Editor, the govt only does background checks on tea partiers, not their own employees, or even the mentally ill.Proof, the recent mass shootings, Ft Hood, Dc navy yard, schools, IRS scandal , etc. The mentally ill in govt think the tea partier is the enemy. It is actually the govt itself. But, mentally ill people are learning disabled and have cognitive disorders. So off to the govt they go to work !

Yet, again and again, another silly, thoroughly and deliberate misleading attempt by the clueless church lady gaggle OBSERVER board.

This Florida company has been providing these EXACT same services for Medicare enrollees for decades. But, suddenly there's "too much scrutiny" under ACA -- as opposed to Medicare??? REALLY? Enrolled info for non-Medicare is more scrutinizing than for medicare? REALLY?

Second, this firm and their processes have been using the SAME FEDERAL SECURE, ENCRYPTED data lines to transmit enrollee data -- under federal law, there is ZERO DATA captured and saved at the navigator and enrollee point. Possible identity theft under ACA enrollment but not Medicare enrollment??? REALLY????

If the gaggle wasn't a bunch of Keystone Kops amateurs, then this weak, lame feeble attempt to spread lies discredit the ACA would be embarrassing. But the gaggle knows & shows no limits to their ineptitude.

cronig and his lady gaggle. cronig is a misogynt, he has used that phrase over and over. Cronig neglects the democratic opposition to the ACA . Cronig, you gotta do better, robert too. You are just liberal lackeys.Big labor said the ACA would destroy the middle class, all conveniently forgotten by the local libs. the tea party taliban ? wow, those libs ever trying to shift the focus. do we always have to agree with the liberals cornig and robert ? let us know. thought control , either by the IRS or our local libs. The spirit of compromise too ! Agree or get a caning. libs, the socialist model has failed. Other leading democrats are preparing for the ACA demise and cronig and robert are defending it. Golly you liberals are learning challenged.

cronig is like judeye, he sees what europe is doing and just wants to mimic. posters, look up big labor letter against the ACA. In it you will find big labors sudden about face in support of it. they originally did support it , but no longer. To wit, the libs like robert say taliban.rob, you forgot foxnews, greed, right wing etc.The lib posters here are most ignorant of unintended consequences of laws the promote. Cronig has ridiculed me repeatedly for my comments, all of which are based on history. Along arrives big labor and its denial of support and all we get is clueless , church lady gaggle, taliban etc. Hey posters, this is the mark of deluded, limited minds. they wish control over your health and money. Why should we let them have it ?

Back in the day before health care was driven by profit 95% of every dollar paid to the insurance company was spent on actual health care costs. Today it has fallen below 80% where is that money going you may ask? Political contributions, televison commercials and management salaries. Here is a task for you Tea Party knuckleheads, try and find out how many employees at your local healthcare provider make over a Million a year. You don't have to do that Steiner as no one at medicare makes that kind of money. to the rest of you the answers may shock you.

Poor Robot, can you explain why so far there has been granted 1,231 waivers? Why is that the AFL-CIO wants changes? Why are portions of Obamacare being delayed until after the 2014 Mid-term elections? Why aren't people in the federal Government all signed up? Easy questions right Robot? Can you actually answer them or will you as usual say it's all the fault of Fox news?

The dumb-namic duo at it again? A robot and a troll for the kool aid drinking crowd...it sounds like the start of a bad joke. The problem is it's no joke and the American people are going to pay the price for this latest attempt at social engineering by the donkey party and their new messiah. Troll, just go away. You have been proven time and again to only engage ten percent of your limited mental capability. and robot? Read a little before extolling the wonders of this finacial disaster waiting to take the economy down....

When the Affordable Health Care acts starts cutting costs the Republican Party will be scrambling like crazy after displaying this "obsession" they have with the LAW.

Joe are there issues with the law? sure, it is a huge change to one of the most powerful lobbies ever. Is it perfect? Heck no!!! Does the right have an alternative plan?? Heck no!!! (please don't say tort reform). For a long time the tea party terrorist party said "repeal and replace" which pretty much states that they want change as well. They just want to change the amount that a patient that recieved bad care can be compensated for. Has tort gone overboard? sure, I would agree with that but what is the rights plan? all smoke and mirrors

I hope you have a lot of katsup to drown the taste of the words you are going to be eating bob. Keep thinking this act is to help people get insurance at an affordable cost...and thanks for the laugh. You are as blind as the troll is stupid. Or is it as stupid as the troll is blind? Either works...

seriously Mike, only time will tell. Our current system is killing the economy and literally killing citizens. Yes, the ACA is flawed but it is the first change in over 60 years and look how hard you guys are fighting to keep the status quo....it is beyond understanding.

Next thing you know Robot will say that people aren't "required" to secure health care or that the IRS will not attach their bank account(s) if they don't! Then we will hear that Congress does not get almost 80% of their health care payed for and for a couple of hundred dollars a year they have a doctor right there on site.

One only need go to the the "Centers for Medicare and Medicaid"(an official government site) to see what the INCREASE in costs will be. It is not a Republican or a Fox news site either Robot,so don't bother with that baloney.
