How come there always 3-4 good things but only 1 bad? and is a few cars being stolen the worst thing that happened in the area? I doubt it.

Most vehicle break ins are a crime of opportunity, unlocked doors present that opportunity! Usually noise is created to break into locked doors, something a thief does not want is noise!

locks are for keeping honest people honest, if some one wants to steal bad enough locks are not going to stop them
