They asked them to vote on cancelling the season, the day before the funeral, when everyone's emotions were running high! You need to push through what happens, life goes on, never quit.

How friggin stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The super did the best job he could dealing with the media after the recent tragedy. No one graded him Doug Walters did a good job of representing the Board of Ed. Get real.

Hiring of a Communications Director is crazy. Superintendent's should assume that position. As for the cancelling of the rest of the football season, it is my understanding that it was the decision of the football players. I also may not agree w/ it, but it is their decision and we need to respect it. They are the ones who are hurting. Do we want them on the football field if the are not mentally ready to play the game?

Hiring people just before a merger vote is plain stupid! Cancelling the football season is wrong also, its a tragedy what happened, but you don't teach kids to quit either!

Hiring of a Communications Director? With a graduating class of 40 people and a dwindling population base you want to hire another crony to make 100k a year in Brocton? Is this a joke?
