Development in the city of Dunkirk is apparently for the birds. At least for the pigeons, as pictured in the Dunkirk Local Development Corp.-owned vacant Flickinger building....

we agree that is a sorry excuse to blame the past for the future, it is often said" "noting changes, if noting changes" we have been waiting for a concrete plan to move this city forward, but it is impossible to move forward, when all you do is run in circles, taxpayers are tired of the same old excuses, sadly we see no vision for this city on the horizon

Maybe John and the Observer should re-do a story on the past Mayor and department of development and all the pigeon crap that went on then.

I guess John D and the observer didn't learn a few days ago how much Kiyak is supported by the number of posters on the story about her. Things don't change overnight and I am sure their is something else that is up John D.'s underwear that is getting to him. Maybe no support for the water district?
