I'm just baffled that Barone actually gets paid to lie like that. Does he actually believe "Rob" didn't do this?

I have to agree with commentor. Weak case indeed on the part of the defendant. We're supposed to be accepting of the fact that this "family man" was manipulated by his wife to shoot and kill her lover as a valid excuse? Mr. Taglianetti should be held accountable for his actions. He never once during his 6 hour drive up here from VA questioned his intended actions? This is clearly a man that should not be free.

How could an educated attorney, Barone, make such an a ss out of himself. He is not trying to convince a jury that "Rob" should be found innocent because his wife had an affair and manipulated him. Personally it sure seems as though he has a really really weak case. The trial isn't about "Rob's" wife it's about him. I guess it is a blessing that he did not find him at school or he probably would have shot him there and maybe innocent children too.
