Beaches should be cleaned on a regular basis by welfare freeloaders. They should also be cleaning the parks. Soon snow will be arriving they should have a list of senior citizens or disabled that need their driveway and sidewalk shoveled and do that too. Now there's some welfare for work for you!!!!
