100-200 blocks of Central Ave. Gas Station, use car dealer not open most of the year. Church non-profit tax exempt, Colburn block building tax exempt. 2 bars. 2 clubs both tax exempt. One former restaurant with an apartment building and SUNY Incubator Building, tax exempt. Comments Please.

I think everyone is aware of what is located on those blocks. If you don't want those blocks fixed up that is your prerogative. However, those of us who know that is what the people visiting the waterfront see are happy that the City is finally focusing on making it look more inviting and less run down. But leave it to locals to turn this grant award into a bad thing. No surprise!
