The Captain is one of the have nots jealous of the haves who worked and are educated and made money. The Captain leans more toward Socialism. You have it I am entitled to share it. Gimme, gimme, gimme.

Obviously the "Kapitan" can not read well yet accuses the Observer of not reporting accurately. Its no wonder why we need all these social programs.

With all of the housing options available if they are willing to pay the price I don't think that qualifies as being exploited. You should all hope that the College thrives because without it Fredonia mostly would dry up and blow away. It provides many many jobs and students that spend in the area.

"If you add it all up, I think the students will see the value to live there and pay about $1,000 more than you would pay off campus..."

The students, really? HAH! Wealthy parents will foot the bill on these upscale apts, NOT the students, and the college council knows it! Funny how this news comes out AFTER the recent announcement naming FSU as a top 100 college w/the best values. What are the going rates for these townhouses; $1500/$2000 mo? There's plenty of housing on & off campus already, but here's an opportunity for the college council to generate big revenue by exploiting families who can afford to be exploited.
