Gingerbread Houses are so much fun for all of the creators. Congradulations to all of the winners and builders. Just one pointer against using shortcuts. A popular magazine suggested using graham crackers for small & quick houses. Good in theory, but the humidity made the crackers soften and the houses collapsed overnight! It's fun for little children (like a Sunday school class) but they should probably be eaten on the same day.
