I so agree.

He was a man of great generosity. The program Trooper Toys for Tots gave toys..huge bags of toys..to families in need every Christmas. My daughter and I went to help out several times years ago. We were given the number of children in a family, their ages and genders. We then were asked to pick out..not one...but several toys for each child from the huge assortment of toys he had gathered from local stores and donations. I felt privileged to have the opportunity to work in such a wonderful giving atmosphere.

By the way..he also took many welfare to work participants for their required work (back when participation rate was up near 80%) He also had prisoners from Shock working there as well.

He was a very generous man. One who will be truly missed by many. RIP Mr. Miller and Thank You for giving so much to the people of this area in so many ways.
